For a flat fee, EBS can provide a sketch design based on your requirements.  We open the lines of communication early, and will help you develop a design brief using our comprehensive approach.  This effective dialog ensures we come up with a solution that closely suits your needs.

BASIC Package

This economic package is suitable for builders or developers who require a well-documented design package without the additional services that you may require if not in the industry.

  • Standard drawing set for development application and construction

GREEN Package

This environmentally conscious package includes a comprehensive design service with an additional focus on the water, energy and thermal performance of the project.

  • BASIC package +
  • 3D model
  • Energy rating (all areas) & BASIX certificate (NSW only)
  • Energy & water wise consultation
  • Innovative building techniques such as straw bale, reverse-brick, rammed earth, mud brick and light-weight construction

 

Gold PackageGOLD Package

This premium package includes our full design service from initial planning stage through to being ready to build.
  • GREEN package +
  • Additional detail construction drawings as required
  • Coordination of external consultants
  • Lodgement  of development application and construction certificate with your local authority
